This book made lots of sense for the problems that we have. It is well written and very easy to read and understand.

I read Dr. Dahlman’s book and felt that I had hope for the first time since 1963. Every medical doctor I went to couldn’t do a thing for me. This program seems so sensible. I bought his supplements and intend to go on his protocol for IBS in two days.

This book offers a different viewpoint from conventional thinking about IBS – encouraging to know that IBS can be cured. However, the treatment plans outlined need to be followed up by clinical studies.

When I received this book, it amazed me at my research for treating Crohn’s Disease for my 13 year old son. I started to look anywhere and everywhere for answers because his doctor based drugs weren’t working entirely. In fact, he is on double the dose and frequency of remicade infusions which my insurance will not cover anymore. This book opened my eyes and I made significant changes to my son’s diet which is healing him. A very good book to read when you have to look for other options of treatment.

I’ve been on Dr. Dahlman’s regime for almost a month and have seen marked improvement. The supplements are not cheap but, hey, I’m feeling so much better! I’ll check back in after three months to update on progress!
