www.celestialhealing.net **Ingredients** 32oz Bottle of Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 6 Garlic Cloves 16oz Bottle of Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 3 Garlic Cloves **Instructions** Pour 1oz of ACV out of the bottle so that it won’t overflow when adding the garlic. Remove the skin from the garlic clove and cut them up into small pieces. Place the diced pieces of garlic into the bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar Place the bottle in a dark bag and place it in a cabinet. Keep the bottle in the cabinet for 24 — 48 hours. Shake the bottle every 12 hours or once a day. Don’t take the bottle out of the bag to shake it. Shake it while it’s still in the bag. After 24 — 48 hours take the bottle out of the bag and use 1oz of it for the hot drink. NOTE — You can keep the bottle in the bag, place it in the refrigerator or cabinet. The choice is yours. **FLU PREVENTION DRINK INGREDIENTS** 1 Cup of Warm to Hot Water 1 oz of ACV/Garlic Mix ½ lemon or Lime 1 Tablespoon of Honey Mix ingredients together and drink once a day. You can drink it 5 — 7 times a week.

@vera747? Since she is only 6 years old just pour half an ounce of the ACV/Garlic mix into half a cup of water with 1 teaspoon of honey and half a lemon. This will keep the kooties from school away. ;)
