If you’ve every tried to make your own sprouted flour you know what a hassle it is. That’s why I was so glad to find this sprouted organic flour…it saves hours of prep time. The consistency is fine and powdery, as flour should be. I had been soaking, spouting, drying and grinding my own grains in a Vita Mix blender and still could not get consistent results. Incidentally, the human body cannot digest most grains. This means all those wonderful nutrients in grains are getting flushed away or worse, making you allergic, constipated or gluten sensitive, unless you soak them first. Soaking and sprouting grains allows the body to get twice as much protein from the grain plus lots of other good vitamins. If you want to be healthier then eat only sprouted grains…this company makes it easy, just remember to store your sprouted flour in the freezer…this is vital to keep it from going rancid.
