Not only is this cereal good for you but it is the best cereal I have ever tasted!!! The stuff you buy in the grocery store is nothing but over processed cardboard with no nutritional value unless you want to count the manufactured chemical vitamins they dump back in. This cereal is the real deal and I’m thrilled to see such high caliber food come on the market!!
