I’ve had these since my son was born, but he’s only really used them since he was two months old and the non-stop drool began. These are *great* drool bibs, but the use of satin trim with hook and loop (i.e. velcro) closures is not a great idea. In my experience, the hooks catch on the satin in the wash and cause the satin to fray horribly when you pull them apart. I’ve had to trim the fuzzy satin several times. To help with the fraying, make sure the bibs are closed when you wash them – just one more detail to remember when you’re trying to keep your world straight on an hour of sleep, I know – and then there are always all of those other velcro closures in the wash already which will find their way to the satin trim. I’d likely buy them again but be more careful with washing them. Hindsight is…

These are pretty bibs and I love how absorbent they are, but they shrunk terribly… now barely fitting around my 7-week-old’s neck. And the velcro tab is so stiff that my baby cries when it scratches her neck.

These look great when you get them, but they completely fell apart after one wash. The lining separated from the bib and I had to throw them away. Not just one, but all of them did this. Also, the velcro gets caught and pulls out all the threads so they look really mangy even after one use. I would not recommend!

it is not a good bib at all. The Velcro is not only too strong but also rough and firm. Bib is small and to my opinion will fit the child only up to 6 months. Mine is 5 now and already gets the strangulation lines. Its absorbency is not ideal too. Not recommended.

Although these bibs are attractive and organic, they do not actually prevent moisture from seaping underneath to clothing…which it the purpose right? I would not purchase these again nor would I recommend to a friend.
